Tags and packaging must be intact
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

To request a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info.veestyleit@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product images (if damaged or wrong item).
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, you will receive pickup or self-ship instructions.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit.
Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders: You will receive store credit or bank transfer (upon request)
Refund amount will exclude any shipping charges, unless the item was defective or wrong
