Domestic Shipping Timeline:
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery within India.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Address Accuracy:
- To avoid any delivery issues, ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, including:
- House/flat/building number
- Street name and landmarks
- City, pin code, and state
- Active contact number
- Providing accurate details helps prevent delays or failed deliveries.
Responsibility for Delays or Loss:
Once your order is dispatched and handed over to the courier, it is beyond our direct control. Veestyleit is not responsible for:
- Packages delayed due to courier issues or weather
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Lost or stolen packages after successful delivery status
We recommend tracking your parcel using the link we provide once your order is shipped.
Failed Deliveries:
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery
We are a Nagpur-based clothing brand delivering across Maharashtra and India. Orders are processed within 24 hours and usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking details via SMS or email once your order is shipped. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes the size or style may not be a perfect fit. Here’s how we handle exchanges:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
Exchange Process:
Email us at info.veestyleit@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for exchange
Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the return process
Once we receive the product and inspect it, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 days

Size issues
Wrong product received
Damaged or defective items (photo proof required)
Not Eligible For Exchange:
Items used or washed
Items without original tags or packaging
Custom or discounted orders (unless defective)
