Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@veestyleit.com with your order details.After Dispatch:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may:Refuse delivery at your doorstep
Or request a return after receiving the product (as per our return policy)
Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders:
If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If the order is returned after delivery, the refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
For COD Orders:
Refunds are not applicable unless the order is returned. In such cases, a store credit or bank refund can be issued after we receive the product in unused condition.- Deductions (if applicable):
₹50 cancellation fee may be charged on cancelled/returned orders
Return shipping costs may apply if you choose to return the product without any quality issue
